Responsibilities:
  • Entering text and figures into company spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems.
  • Reviewing data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies to ensure accuracy.
  • Updating existing data, deleting duplicates, and ensuring proper data organization.
  • Scanning, filing, printing, and backing up data.
  • Maintaining security and adhering to privacy protocols regarding sensitive company or customer information
  • Enter and edit new and existing contract data
  • Maintain data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Typing Speed 40+ words per minute (WPM) is expected.
