Job description

Our client is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to assist with bookkeeping.

This is a part-time opportunity where you will earn up to $25 an hour, depending on experience. You will work Monday-Friday during the day.

Some of your responsibilities as Accounting Clerk include:

  • Data Entry
  • AP
  • AR
  • Assisting with Payroll
  • Recording transactions
  • Running reports
  • Reconciliations
  • Other duties as assigned

To qualify for this Accounting Clerk position, you must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Quickbooks a plus
  • AP/AR experience
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Understanding of general accounting
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
