Job description

We are looking for a Workday Consultant with strong experience in migrating legacy HR systems and UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) to Workday. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transformation initiatives, supporting end-to-end implementation, integrations, and post-go-live enhancements.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support migration from legacy systems and UKG to Workday
Configure and implement Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits)
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
Perform data transformation, cleansing, and migration activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live production support
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
 
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Workday implementation & support
Proven experience in legacy HR systems → Workday migration
Experience in UKG (Kronos) → Workday integration/migration
Expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
Strong knowledge of data migration & transformation techniques
Experience in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix)
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
