Job description

Cognizant is seeking a dynamic Solutions Architect to join our Workday consulting team. You'll leverage your deep Workday implementation expertise to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and transition seamlessly to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Provide end to end solution and design details during the sales process.
Support the Business Development Lifecycle by serving as product SME
and may assist the lead Sales rep to qualify business development
opportunities.
Support initial Cognizant client proposal and support the proposal
process.
Support the transition of the client via the approved / formal Sales to
Delivery process.
Mentor and guide junior resources.
Promote knowledge sharing across the practices
Provide input on project staffing based on requirements in solution area.
Work with Directors and Vice Presidents of Delivery to help establish
professional development opportunities in solution area.
Support Marketing Activities by speaking and presenting Collaborative
Solutions at trade conferences.
Develop Tools to assist Sales with estimating for each functional area.
Support Pre-sales meetings and Orals in person
Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects as
related to areas of expertise.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
5+ years of actual implementation experience
Strong Workday implementation experience preferred. Strong end to end
implementation experience with HR, Financial, or Student Information
Systems required

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 10/26/2026 The annual salary for this position is between USD $106,326 - USD $159,489 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program , based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
