Job description

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist with deep expertise in both HCM (Human Capital Management) and FINS (Financials) integrations within the Workday environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional with 5-8 years of experience in Workday integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between Workday and various internal and third-party systems, supporting our complex financial and HR processes.
As a key member of the IT team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to drive successful integration projects. You will also play a vital role in configuring and managing Workday security to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our sensitive business and employee data. You will report to the Head of Technology.
This position is based in-office at Crestline's headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Workday Integration Expertise: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations for both HCM and FINS modules.
    • Develop and manage integrations using Workday Studio, Workday's web services (REST/SOAP), and other integration tools.
    • Ensure the smooth flow of data between Workday and various third-party platforms, such as financial systems, payroll vendors, benefits providers, etc.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and HR/Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs.
    • Provide support and troubleshooting for end users, assisting with any technical issues related to Workday integrations.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Maintain detailed documentation for all integrations and security configurations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience working as a Workday Integration Specialist or a similar role, with a focus on HCM and FINS integrations.
  • Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP), and other Workday integration tools.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end integration processes, from design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience with financial systems integration, especially in a hedge fund or financial services environment, is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy standards and security protocols in Workday, such as GDPR and SOC 2.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and think critically to resolve integration problems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
