Job description

Must Have: Prism Analytics

 

  • Intermediate to senior-level experience in Workday reporting and analytics.
  • Proven experience in developing Workday HR reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, worksheets, and Prism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Report Development: Design and build custom reports using Workday Prism Analytics, including advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports. This includes leveraging calculated fields, filters, and business objects to meet business needs 
  • Data Integration & ETL: Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from Workday into Snowflake. This includes using Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, and outbound integrations to move structured data such as worker, compensation, and benefits data 
  • Metadata & Lineage: Define metadata tagging strategies in Snowflake to track data lineage from Workday HCM, enhancing auditability and compliance 
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Provide updates, conduct workshops, and support end-user training 
  • Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate report functionality and data accuracy. Monitor report migrations and perform sandbox-to-production validations
