Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Workday Prism and Reporting Lead who will be responsible for designing and managing data solutions within the Workday Prism Analytics platform. The role requires expertise in Workday Reporting and Prism, along with leadership skills to mentor junior developers.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build and manage Prism datasets, derived data sources to meet reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Design and manage Prism data pipelines - ingestion, transformation and modeling data within Workday.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) /Lead for Workday Prism and related data integrated solutions.
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting and deployment support.
• Provided expertise on Workday capabilities and industry best practices.
• Performance Optimization
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Prism developers and analyst.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects and teams.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and Prism.
• Hands-on experience with building Prism pipelines, data transformations, and managing high volumes of data within the Workday Prism Analytics platform.
• Proficiency in data blending, joins and relationship modeling in Prism.
• Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Workday security.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adopt to frequent changes.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Design, build and manage Prism datasets, derived data sources to meet reporting and analytics needs.
