Job description

About the Team

At Three Link Solutions, we are singularly focused on delivering Workday success across the full lifecycle, from deployment and optimization to advisory and post-go-live support. As a certified Workday Services Partner and Innovation Partner, our team is comprised of seasoned Workday professionals who bring deep technical and functional expertise to every client engagement. We work collaboratively across domains and industries to design, build, and optimize Workday solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for organizations of all sizes. Consultants on our team operate with a mix of autonomy and support, working closely with client stakeholders to solve complex analytics challenges and deliver exceptional results.

About the Role

As an Analytics Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering analytics solutions that connect Workday with internal systems, external applications, and third-party platforms. This role combines technical depth with consultative skills, requiring you to partner with clients, translate business needs into scalable technical patterns, and contribute to high-quality delivery on challenging Workday projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document analytics requirements that support business objectives.
  • Design analytics solutions using Workday tools (Prism and/or Extend).
  • Develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy robust analytics that ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data exchange between Workday and external systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits, financials, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project teams, and client stakeholders throughout configuration, testing (unit, analytics, UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, mapping artifacts, and analytics design specifications.
  • Support knowledge transfer and provide training or guidance to client teams to ensure sustainability after deployment.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization or automation to enhance analytics performance and reliability.
  • Maintain awareness of Workday product updates and analytics best practices to incorporate improvements into client solutions.
Qualifications
  • Required: 2+ years of experience with Workday analytics (design, build, test, support), including hands-on experience with tools such as Prism Analytics and Custom Reporting.
  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, or SCM.
  • Familiarity with analytics monitoring, error handling best practices, and data governance standards.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Workday Prism certification or related Workday credentials.
  • Familiarity with AI.
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing consultative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines in dynamic project environments.
