Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced Workday HCM Program Manager to serve as the core technical support resource for their Workday implementation. This role is crucial in delivering scalable and effective system solutions, starting with Phase 1 targeted for 2027. The successful candidate will provide hands-on configuration expertise across Workday HCM modules, translating business needs into system solutions and acting as a thought partner in process design and system decision-making.
