Job Summary:
RaceTrac is a company that values its people and fosters growth. They are seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to create and support ongoing Workday integrations for HCM, ensuring data accuracy and reliability while collaborating with HR and Financial stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations, including HCM and Financials inbound/outbound integrations.
• Support integration formats including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Orchestrate, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot data formatting, transformation, and delivery issues across third-party vendors and internal platforms.
• Ensure Workday data accuracy and reliability for downstream systems.
• Partner with HR and Financial stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support compliance-driven integration updates, such as retirement plan, payroll, and benefits changes.
• Participate in regression testing to ensure stability across existing integrations.
• Collaborate with internal HR Technology team members, external vendors, and implementation partners within an agile delivery model.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team-oriented technical contributor.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent major.
• 5+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM/Financials integrations and workflows.
• Proven ability to create, debug, and resolve complex integration issues.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations, including HCM and Financials inbound/outbound integrations.
• Support integration formats including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Orchestrate, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot data formatting, transformation, and delivery issues across third-party vendors and internal platforms.
• Ensure Workday data accuracy and reliability for downstream systems.
• Partner with HR and Financial stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support compliance-driven integration updates, such as retirement plan, payroll, and benefits changes.
• Participate in regression testing to ensure stability across existing integrations.

Preferred:
• Experience supporting organizations during divestiture, M&A, or large-scale organizational change.
• Exposure to middleware and data warehouse platforms.

• Prior experience supporting or working alongside HR and Financials compliance initiatives.
