    Senior Workday Integrations Analyst

    Role Summary
    The Senior Workday Integrations Analyst serves as a key point of contact for Workday and HR related integrations, supporting both HR and Finance stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in designing, delivering, and supporting integrations across Workday, payroll, and general ledger environments.
    The position is hands on and business facing, requiring someone who can quickly understand requirements, drive integration solutioning, and act as a subject matter expert across a high volume, enterprise scale integration landscape.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Gather, analyze, and manage business and technical requirements for Workday and HR system integrations
    • Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to define integration solutions supporting payroll and general ledger processes
    • Design functional specifications, data mappings, and integration workflows across Workday and downstream systems
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, guiding design and solution decisions
    • Support and lead integration testing activities including scenario development, defect triage, and validation
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration build and deployment
    • Document workflows, process flows, integration logic, and data mappings
    • Support integration efforts in environments with a high volume of inbound and outbound connections

    Key Requirements
    • 5 plus years of overall experience in business analysis or integration focused roles
    • At least 3 years of hands on experience with Workday Core HCM and Workday integrations
    • At least 3 years of experience supporting payroll and general ledger integrations
    • Strong experience with requirements gathering, data mapping, and integration testing
    • Experience working in complex, enterprise environments with high integration volume
    • Exposure to Oracle Cloud, particularly general ledger integrations, strongly preferred
    • Experience with integration testing tools such as Zephyr or Practitest is a plus
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical teams
    • Self driven, detail oriented, and comfortable acting as a point person for the business
