Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • 12+ years of experience large scale modernization programs, large-scale integration platform modernization program, migrating from TIBCO middleware or other ESB Platforms to AWS cloud-native architecture
  • Define the end-to-end target technical integration design for migration from TIBCO to AWS, covering: Integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, batch, file-based, orchestration)
  • Experience in enterprise Integration Architecture and designing Cloud native solution
  • Deep understanding of SOA & ESB technology platforms and hands-on for java Programming applied in Application Integration space.
  • Experience with XML, JSON, IDOC, SOAP, REST and/or Web Services (WS-*) and other SOA/Integration technologies
  • Integration product experience in one of the ESB technologies like TIBCO, etc.
  • Through understanding of Logging and Monitoring Framework
  • Knowledge on Docker & Container services and deployment
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins),
  • Experience working with Git and Gradle
  • Knowledge on API Management and relevant technologies and architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, Experienced in Agile development
  • Self-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced Rapid Application Development environment.
  • Experience in AWS services like Lambda, SQS, Event Bridge, SNS, Step function, EKS, S3 etc.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to: Migration complexity, Dependency management, Performance bottlenecks, Data integrity
  • Define contingency plans for: Rollbacks, Failure scenarios. Ensure production readiness across all waves.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Will be part of Solution Team focussing on Enterprise Integration Solution, Design and POC of critical requirements
  • Hands on experience on solutioning and Design dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable Integration Systems and ESB like TIBCO, Integrations Solutions on AWS or any other iPaaS technology Platform
  • Knowledge on selection of appropriate AWS services to design and deploy an application based on customer requirements
  • Knowledge of Open-source technologies for modernize integration solution
  • Knowledge of API management and iPASS technologies
  • Knowledge on cost-control strategies
  • Effort estimation knowledge on Solutioning an integration solution
  • Ability to work with multi stakeholder teams (Account, Sales, Customer etc) to become a trusted advisor for their most critical workloads that support digital transformation and journey to the cloud.

Salary Range-$130,000-$175,000 a year
