Warranty Administrator / Fleet Estimator

Hybrid Schedule Available | $70,000 Base Salary + Commission

TLC Auto & Truck Repair Center – Farmingdale, NY

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry? Do you enjoy reviewing repair information, building accurate estimates, and ensuring every repair order is billed correctly?

TLC Auto & Truck Repair Center is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator / Estimator to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule, competitive salary, and performance-based commission.

What You'll Do

As our Warranty Administrator / Estimator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operation efficient and profitable by ensuring every estimate and warranty claim is accurate from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate repair estimates using technician inspection reports
  • Carefully review technician notes to ensure all recommended repairs are included using Mitchel, alldata and many more for labor guides.
  • Submit warranty claims accurately and promptly
  • Process and manage fleet estimates through:
    • Holman
    • Auto Integrate
    • Enterprise Fleet
  • Ensure estimates meet manufacturer and fleet guidelines
  • Research and apply the correct labor operation codes and labor times
  • Verify pricing, parts, and labor for maximum accuracy
  • Follow up on approvals and communicate with fleet management companies
  • Close completed repair orders accurately and ensure proper billing
  • Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and parts department
  • Help maximize reimbursement while maintaining compliance with warranty and fleet requirements
  • Maintain excellent documentation and record keeping

Qualifications

✔ Automotive estimating experience preferred

✔ Warranty administration experience is a major plus

✔ Experience with Holman, Auto Integrate, Enterprise, or similar fleet management systems

✔ Strong understanding of labor guides and labor operation codes

✔ Ability to interpret technician inspection reports

✔ Excellent attention to detail

✔ Strong computer and organizational skills

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced repair facility

✔ Excellent communication skills
