About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and vehicle maintenance.
  • Prepare accurate service estimates and repair orders for customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on service recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure a clean and organized service area for customers and staff.

  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering of parts as needed.
Requirements:
