L.A. Fleet Care is seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Advisor to support our growing fleet maintenance and repair operation.
This position plays a critical role in coordinating communication between customers, technicians, drivers, and fleet management systems to ensure efficient shop operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and close repair work orders.
  • Prepare repair estimates and communicate recommendations to customers.
  • Coordinate daily shop scheduling and workflow.
  • Maintain communication with fleet customers and drivers regarding repair status.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of repair history and service updates.
  • Support prioritization of repairs and efficient shop operations.
  • Process invoices and completed repair orders.
  • Utilize fleet management systems and repair portals such as Wheels, Holman, Auto Integrate, or similar platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal technicians.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Previous customer service, service advisor, or service writer experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of automotive or diesel repair processes.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience in a diesel repair or fleet maintenance environment.
  • Experience using fleet management systems or repair portals.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
