Job description

Salary: $22-$24

*** Since graveyard employee is alone on shift and is not fully relieved of all duties an additional hour of regular pay will be added to each day work day so employee will work for 8 hours but get paid for 9 hours.


Crosspointe Recovery is 6 bed Detox and Residential treatment facility seeking a Registered Drug & Alcohol Technician (RADT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Medical Assistant (MA).


The position is responsible for assisting and carrying out a variety of clinical and program services. This person has an essential role in monitoring residents during the night to ensure patients are well. During shift will log observations, withdrawal scales and supervise self-administration of resident medications. This person will also help with the admitting process, orientation to new residents and overall resident management and other tasks as assigned by Program Director/Owner and as per duty statement. We are seeking a qualified candidate who displays professionalism, practices ethical principles, is detail-oriented and reliable.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (college degree preferred)
  • Must obtain RADT or RAC or higher credential (can obtain at time of hire)
  • RADT/RAC/Certified Nursing Assitant/Medical Assistant or a similar credential


Skill Requirements

  • Good documentation skills
  • Experience in KIPU is a plus
