As the Executive Director of Marketing Transformation & Operations within Chase Auto, you will lead the evolution of the marketing function, combining operational excellence with a bold, technologydriven transformation agenda. You will be responsible for architecting and executing integrated marketing campaigns while championing modernization initiatives and embedding advanced digital capabilities-such as artificial intelligence, automation, and datadriven personalization-into core processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, inspire, and lead a highperforming marketing operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Architect and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision.
  • Lead business case development, strategic planning, and execution for gotomarket initiatives, product launches, and customerjourney programs.
  • Direct creative briefings and synchronize execution across crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Leverage datadriven insights to monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign performance.
  • Spearhead the adoption and integration of advanced marketingtechnology platforms, workflow automation, and AIpowered solutions.
  • Drive a bold innovation agenda, utilizing agile testandlearn approaches to continuously elevate client experience and program effectiveness.
  • Lead creative and messaging optimization across all media channels, leveraging emerging technologies and data analytics.
  • Oversee marketing operations routines, calendars, and performance metrics to ensure strategic alignment, timely delivery, and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and resources with a focus on maximizing ROI, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Partner with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to uphold governance standards and riskmanagement practices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with expertise in transformational gotomarket strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Proven success leading technologydriven marketing operations and modernization initiatives, including handson experience with marketingtechnology (martech) platforms and workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating artificial intelligence, datadriven personalization, and advanced analytics into marketing strategies and operations.
  • A track record of managing largescale acquisition, retention, and loyalty campaigns across multimedia channels (digital, social, video, email, direct mail).
  • Techsavvy thought leader with a growth mindset and a creative, innovative approach to continuous improvement.
  • Effective influencer and relationship builder, able to drive outcomes through stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and teambuilding skills; inspires and rallies crossfunctional teams around a common vision.
  • Superior written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and create senior executivelevel communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing, marketing technology, analytics, or project management strongly preferred.
  • Experience with leading martech platforms and AIdriven marketing solutions.
  • Background in financial services, automotive, or other regulated industries is a plus.
  • Proven success in change management, transformation, or processimprovement initiatives.
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations and leading crossfunctional teams.
