About the Role

Envision architecting the Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue management for the Workday on Workday (WoW) team itself. You'll be working on the cutting edge of Workday's own technology, influencing how thousands of employees across the globe experience their work life. If you're passionate about Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue Management and want to work on a global stage, this is your dream role. The Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue Management solutions Sr. Functional Analyst will work closely with product managers, business partners, and business analysts to design and optimize innovative solutions in these areas as well as cross functionally. You will analyze complex functional business problems and provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that best meet requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable and efficient Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue Management to support Workday's global operations.

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue Management and related integrations/extend.

  • Stay up-to-date on Workday product updates and new features, and proactively find opportunities to demonstrate them.

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet their needs.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and end-users.

  • Fix and resolve system issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Workday's Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue

  • Partner with platform services resources to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems.

  • Research and analyze guidelines in Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue solutions and recommend improvements to Workday's own processes.

  • Envision the overall Workday Finance - Contract to Cash, Professional Services and Revenue solutions roadmap for Workday

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years delivering large scale consulting engagements with a combination of Workday Finance, Contract to Cash, Professional Services & Revenue Management solutions for global customers.

  • 7+ years of validated Workday domain experience.

  • 7+ years of eperience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence)

Other Qualifications:

  • Outstanding analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities with confirmed abilities to think strategically to tackle key business questions/problems

  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate optimally with all levels of management, colleagues, and vendors

  • Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes.

  • Experience with Salesforce: Strong understanding of how Salesforce and middleware tools like SnapLogic facilitate the flow of customer, contract, billing, revenue etc. data between Salesforce and Workday.

  • Active certification in Workday Finance Contract to Cash and other Workday functional areas is highly preferred.

  • Experience with Stripe Application (Payment Gateway) and Zuora Revenue Recognition is highly preferred.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
