Job description

Title: Workday Reporting Analyst - FINANCIALS/Accounts Payable module.

Location: Fully remote

Client: Large healthcare system. Legacy ERPs include Lawson, Peoplesoft

MARGIN billing is preferred.

A Brief Overview:

Workday Reporting will create, analyze and maintain reports within the Workday system to support business operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports.
  • Train users on report generation and interpretation, as needed

-SQL Report query development

Skills and Experience Requirement

  • High Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and functionalities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive SQL, complex query development experience
  • Prism, Workday Reporting experience
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Healthcare provider, healthcare systems experience is highly preferred
  • At least one Workday implementation experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
