Position: Oracle HCM Business Analyst
Location: Manhattan, NYC
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: $85-$95/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Business Analyst to support our Human Capital Management systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and a strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations. This role will partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality, manage integrations, and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Support configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of Oracle HCM modules

  • Collaborate with HR and technical teams to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and improve system efficiency

  • Assist with system integrations, data migration efforts, and reporting needs

  • Provide user training, documentation, and functional support across the HCM ecosystem

  • Participate in enhancement projects, upgrades, and system improvements associated with Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Present technical concepts and system solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Required Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst

  • Strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications

  • Experience supporting HR business processes and system operations
