Job description

Job Description - Oracle HCM Business Analyst to work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc).
Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.
Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other HR and enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc), with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications or related HR system certifications are a plus.
