Job description

Title: Workday Reporting Analyst Location: New York, NY Type: Contract

Our client is seeking Workday Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Performance and other HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Reporting tools and a strong understanding of HR data to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Service Tickets: Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Deployment: Perform application updates and patches as needed, and provide floor support through regular rounding.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent, personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and build trusted relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work with other Field Services teams, Nursing teams, and Server teams to escalat[e] and resolve issues.
  • Communication: Clearly explain issues, solutions, and instructions to customers.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks and service appointments within scheduled timeframes.
  • Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to new technologies, tools, and varying work environments and conditions.
  • Self-Sufficiency: Work independently on ticket resolution and troubleshooting activities.
  • Teamwork: Contribute effectively to team-based projects while supporting shared goals and outcomes.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or a related field; or 4 years of related work experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Workday Reporting tools.
  • Experience in HRIS, HR, Payroll, or related data management functions.
  • Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Workday Reporting certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Workday Prism, and Dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Workday data structures across Core HCM, Benefits,
  • Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting and creating and maintaining Prism data pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with proven ability to analyze technical and functional issues independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Workday Security, EIBs, and integrations is preferred.
