Job description

Job Description: The Workday Financials Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday Financials modules. This role will work closely with finance teams to ensure that the system is aligned with business processes and provides accurate financial information.


Responsibilities:

Financial Process Analysis -

-Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation using Workday Financials.

-Document and map business requirements to Workday Financials configurations.

-Collaborate with finance teams to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Workday Configuration-

-Configure Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

-Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.

-Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system.


Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in financial accounting or a related field

-Strong understanding of financial concepts and processes.

-Experience with Workday Financials modules.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Workday Certification(s) (e.g., Workday Financials).

-Knowledge of Calculated Fields

-Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Essbase).
