The Workday Technology Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing Workday systems to support business processes within the financial services industry. This position requires a strong understanding of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with organizational goals. Client Details Our client is a well-established organization operating in the financial services industry.

As a medium-sized company, they prioritize technology-driven solutions to streamline processes and support their growth. Description Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday modules to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and develop solutions.

Manage and troubleshoot Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday configurations and processes. Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on Workday functionalities.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in system configurations. Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates or enhancements. Train and support end-users to maximize the effectiveness of Workday technology.
