Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Primary Skill: Strong understanding of Workday Integration
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
• Evaluating business requirements and determining the appropriate solution approach using delivered Workday functionality, Extend, Orchestrate, Integrations or a combination thereof
• Workday studio/Debug/API(Postman)/SSK (minimum 4 years or 2+ implementing developing studio integrations from scratch)
• XSLT 3.0(streaming) along with Oxygen or other tools (minimum 3 years)
• Workday core connections with DIS, DT, EIB
• Workday Reports with good understanding of data sources and business objects
• Workday Integration security/customer central
• Workday PICO/PECT
• Integration across any three Workday domain/modules
• Deep understanding of Workday Data Model
• Experience in optimizing performances of studio integrations, following best practices
• Java background, custom API handling (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON in a major plus.
• Workday Configuration knowledge is a added advantage.
