Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Senior Developer with strong expertise in Workday integrations and financial modules. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations and reporting solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support enterprise HR and financial processes. This role requires deep knowledge of Workday integration tools, APIs, and financial implementations, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Location: Culver City, CA - Onsite (Local candidates preferred)
Experience: 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio
• Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations
• Design and build complex reports required for integration workflows and ensure proper testing and validation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and data flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, accounting, payroll, and legal to gather requirements and address business needs
• Support data and analytics initiatives related to HR and enterprise workforce data
• Integrate Workday with external technologies, vendor systems, and enterprise applications
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and contribute to delivery documentation and collateral
• Contribute functional expertise to enhance Workday product features, workflows, and automation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
• Workday Certification (Integration or related certification required)
• Minimum 7+ years of experience working with Workday integrations
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools including APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector for Worker
• Strong experience designing and implementing integrations across HR, Procure-to-Pay, and Accounting modules
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials implementation and integrations
• Experience working with XSLT 3.0 and Workday Studio development
• Strong troubleshooting skills for integration issues and performance optimization
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party vendor systems and enterprise platforms
Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present technical information clearly to business stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Preferred Skills:
