Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, implement, and support complex Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Recruiting, and other Workday modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday integration technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
  • Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using Workday integration technologies.
  • Develop integrations using:
    • Workday Studio
    • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
    • Core Connectors
    • Document Transformation
    • Cloud Connect
    • Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
    • Workday Extend (preferred)
  • Develop and maintain complex XSLT transformations.
  • Build and optimize calculated fields required for integrations and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root cause analysis.
  • Configure and support API integrations with third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, and external vendors.
  • Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and implement required enhancements.
  • Create technical design documents, mapping documents, and operational runbooks.
  • Ensure integrations follow security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Support production issues and participate in on-call activities when required.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
