Unser stetig wachsendes deutschlandweites SAP-Team bestehend aus Architekten, Beratern, Projektleitern, Entwicklern und Administratoren bringt jahrzehntelange Erfahrung mit. Auf dieser Grundlage beraten wir unsere Kunden, unterstützen im Betrieb oder betreiben die Systemlandschaften für sie.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Ansprechperson für unsere SAP-Kunden im Anwendungssupport in einem oder mehreren der SAP-Kernmodule
  • Analyse von Kundenmeldungen im Anwendungssupport nach ITIL und Erarbeitung von Lösungen
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Geschäftsprozesse im Rahmen von Change Requests
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes IT-orientiertes Studium, z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Routinierter und lösungsorientierter SAP-Berater (m/w/d) mit Freude am Anwendungssupport sowie an Implementierungsprojekten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in mindesten zwei der SAP Kernmodule: FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, WM oder EWM
  • Kenntnisse im Customizing oder im SAP ABAP Debugging
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit sehr guten Deutsch- (Level C1 oder höher) und Englischkenntnissen (Level B2 oder höher)
