Provides administrative support to the Recruiting team. Works closely with the client groups to facilitate the selection and hiring process. Coordinates candidates interview and travel schedules. Maintains files and updates databases. Reviews resumes, verifies employment history, and checks references. Coordinates with outside employment agencies. Generates and sends offer letters. Requires strong organizational and communication skills.
