Work Location: This position is based in Price, Utah. While the role is primarily on-site, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered for the right candidate, with a minimum expectation of three days per week working from the Price office.

Position Summary: The Recruiting Manager owns and leads IE's recruiting strategy and voice company-wide. The Recruiting Manager is the day-to-day leader of the Price recruiting team and partners closely with Price hiring managers to keep recruiting on pace with business needs. The role also provides dotted-line direction to other HR resources who own recruiting duties in Denver, South Point, and Centralia, sharing proven strategies, assisting with hard-to-fill requisitions, and shifting recruiting capacity from Price to the remote sites as needed.



Note: This is not an entry-level position. Recruiting, sales, or program coordination experience is required, compensation aligns with the scope of responsibility.



Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 7:00 am - 3:30 pm


Essential Functions - Other Duties May Be Assigned.

  • Own and drive IE's overall recruiting strategy and employer brand, aligning sourcing, hiring practices, and talent acquisition efforts across multiple locations.
  • Partner with the Director of HR to develop and execute recruiting strategies that support the company's rapid growth and expansion.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for the Price facility, from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, trade programs, workforce organizations, and community groups to strengthen IE's talent pipeline.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Price Recruiting team by setting priorities, providing mentorship, and ensuring exceptional service to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, forecast future hiring, and develop strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide recruiting guidance and support to HR teams across multiple IE locations, promoting consistent hiring practices and sharing recruiting best practices.
  • Monitor recruiting workloads across locations and provide hands-on support for critical or difficult-to-fill positions as business needs require.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, workforce planning, and talent acquisition projects that support IE's long-term growth and organizational success.

Other Essential Duties

· Assists Recruiting team in responding to questions and issues regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

· Contributes to the development of the recruiting strategic objectives and assists in the execution of the resulting plans and objectives.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • B.S. Degree in Human Resources or a related field; plus 5-7 years or more of recruiting or program building experience in a multiple location environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years or more of prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a recruiting environment. Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or skilled-trades roles is preferred.
  • General understanding of employment law, including FMLA, WARN, OSHA, FLSA, and other applicable state and federal laws.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office software, ATS systems generally, and general technical savvy.
  • Demonstrated people management skills with an ability to proactively address future needs.
  • Ability to present and speak to diverse audiences and potential candidates.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of business culture and how it contributes to effective recruiting and talent development strategies.
  • Strong background in recruiting & sales.
  • Able to work efficiently with a cross-functional team, managing multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish Preferred

Work Schedule: Must be able to work a 40-hour work week and additional time as required.
