  • Partner with onboarding, sales operations, and leadership to ensure smooth transition of newly signed advisors.
  • Align recruitment strategy with broader GTC growth objectives.
QualificationsExperience:
  • 5-8 years of experience within the travel industry, with deep exposure to corporate travel, entertainment, and/or high-end luxury leisure markets.
  • Demonstrated insider knowledge of the corporate, entertainment and luxury leisure travel landscape, including key players, advisor profiles, supplier relationships, revenue models, and industry networks.
  • Proven success in business development, outside sales, or recruitment, with a strong closing track record-preferably focused on recruiting or developing talent within corporate and luxury leisure verticals.
  • Established industry relationships and credibility within corporate travel and/or luxury leisure advisor communities.
  • Experience working independently in a territory-based, field-driven role with a proactive, "hunter" mentality.
Skills:
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 30%).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
Leadership & Behavioral Competencies:
  • Self-starter with strong hunter mentality.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with performance metrics.
  • Solutions-oriented and resilient in competitive environments.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
