HR & Recruiting Coordinator

6-Month Contract | with potential for long term temp-to-hire

$24โ€“$28/hour DOE


We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Coordinator to provide recruiting and administrative support to the HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and supporting a variety of HR functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Support recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks and employee documentation
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
  • Provide administrative support on various HR projects and initiatives
  • Communicate professionally and kindly with candidates, employees, and internal teams
  • Ensure tasks are followed through accurately and timely
