We're looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter to help source, screen, and place top talent for a variety of positions. Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Create and post engaging job advertisements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
