Job Description:
At TPI Global Solutions, we are expanding our operations team and looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Operations & Billing Specialist to support our growing staffing business.
This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, billing, and financial coordination, ensuring smooth execution of our contractor billing cycles, client invoicing, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Billing & Financial Operations
  • Manage bi-weekly contractor billing cycles and ensure timely invoice generation.
  • Process permanent placement invoices for successful placements.
  • Handle payment applications and client payment tracking.
  • Conduct regular Accounts Receivable (AR) reviews and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Recruiting Operations & ATS Management
  • Maintain operational workflows within Job Diva.
  • Set up new hires, client records, and company profiles in the ATS.
  • Generate recruiting performance and operational reports.
  • Support troubleshooting of system issues and process improvements.

Client Onboarding & Operational Support
  • Assist with new client onboarding and operational setup.
  • Support internal teams with commission tracking and operational reporting.
  • Coordinate documentation and administrative processes related to client engagement.

Reconciliation & Process Coordination
  • Perform expense reconciliations and operational record validation.
  • Maintain documentation for billing, payments, and internal reporting.
  • Participate in operational meetings and provide insights from billing and reporting data.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 5 years of experience in staffing operations, recruiting coordination, billing, or AR support.
  • Experience working in the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
  • Familiarity with Job Diva or similar ATS platforms.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in international payments or cross-border financial transactions is a plus.
