Job description

Job Title: Project Analyst

Job Category: Project and Program Management

Type of Travel: Local

Opportunity: CACI is tasked with providing engineering support to the Navy Computing Infrastructure for shipboard systems. The Technical Project Lead (TPL) requires program management expertise in support of the Navy’s multiple shipboard systems and various combat system elements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Program Management support to TPLs with experience in schedule tracking using Microsoft Project, Risk Management, etc.
  • Track and manage schedules and calendars.
  • Support resource planning.
  • Track health of execution, funding stability/health, and identify problems and opportunities for TPLs to act upon.
  • Monitor project tasking, tracking execution and supporting project needs.
  • Support project reviews.
  • Support procurements for projects.
  • Provide other program management related support as required.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience with Navy Combat System customers and customer business practices (Aegis, SSDS, Frigate, Coast Guard, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with operational aspects of projects (e.g., identify cost and schedule variance); monitoring projects and reporting project details (e.g., progress, schedule, and problems); providing recommendations to project stakeholders; documenting and reviewing project actions; developing graphical depictions of project expenditures and work hours; identifying and evaluating project risk factors and communicating where risks have changed.
  • Experience as a project/program analyst or equivalent position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work with a diverse and large team.

Pay Range: $75,200 - 158,100 USD.
