  • Contribute to vendor selection activities, including RFP development, evaluation, and risk assessment
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, including BSA/AML and other regulatory frameworks
Process Improvement & Strategic Support
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enable scalable solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement through the development of reusable frameworks, templates, and best practices
  • Provide consultative support to stakeholders on prioritization, scope management, and value delivery
  • Influence project direction to support iterative, outcome-driven execution models (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall as applicable)
Testing, Readiness & Implementation
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing activities, including test case development and validation
  • Ensure business readiness through impact assessments, training support, and adoption planning
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify change management needs and mitigate adoption risks
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, communities of practice, and ongoing process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project analysis, or project support roles within financial services or regulated industries
  • Proven experience supporting moderately to highly complex, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements, process mapping, and business workflow analysis
  • Experience working within PMO or EPMO environments
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services (e.g., BSA/AML)
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus
  • Ability to interpret technical concepts and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
Core Competencies
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and execution
  • Collaborative, consultative approach with the ability to influence without authority
Why This Opportunity
  • Work on high-visibility, enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact organizational strategy
