Position Overview

SFS seeks a Senior Project Analyst who will provide highโ€‘level support to the National Guard Bureau. The role operates in a dynamic environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. The ideal candidate will support senior government leaders by ensuring efficient business processes, delivering clear and actionable insights, and maintaining continuity in operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advisory and analytical support to senior military and civilian leadership
  • Analyze complex issues and present findings in clear, concise formats
  • Develop and deliver briefings for executiveโ€‘level stakeholders
  • Support and improve business processes across the organization
  • Track, manage, and prioritize tasks using enterprise tracking systems (e.g., ETS)
  • Exercise sound judgment and decisionโ€‘making in the absence of formal guidance
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Adapt to evolving organizational structures and mission requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior leadership (DoD or federal experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastโ€‘paced environment
  • Experience with task tracking systems (ETS or similar tools)
  • Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
