Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Bilingual (Spanish) Project Analyst to join our growing team and support key initiatives across our clients Mexico operations. This is a high-impact, project-heavy role where you will play a critical part in improving processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership to lead projects, analyze data, and strengthen workflows across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage projects supporting Mexico operations, from initiation to execution and continuous improvement
  • Develop, implement, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Build relationships with the Mexico-based team—learn the business, collaborate, and provide ongoing oversight
  • Analyze data and performance trends using tools such as SQL and Power BI; deliver actionable insights
  • Create and monitor KPIs and reporting for quarterly business reviews
  • Work directly with vendors, lead meetings, and hold partners accountable
  • Identify root causes of issues, challenge assumptions, and drive solutions
  • Support billing, invoicing effectiveness, and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) – required
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, VBA, or similar analytical tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and drive results
