Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to support business teams in analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying business problems and process improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, process flows, user stories, and reports.
  • Analyze business data using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
  • Assist with requirement validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Track project requirements, action items, and deliverables.
Required Skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of the Business Analyst lifecycle.
