SUMMARY
The Junior Data Analyst supports data-driven initiatives by preparing datasets, performing analyses, and delivering reports that inform decision-making across teams. This role is suited for candidates with foundational analytical skills seeking to broaden their technical and business knowledge.
Responsibilities
Extract, transform, and load data for analysis; ensure data quality and consistency.
Perform exploratory and descriptive analyses to answer business questions.
Create visual reports and summaries tailored to stakeholder needs.
Automate routine reporting tasks and document analytical processes.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize analyses.
Contribute to data governance and documentation of data lineage.
Qualifications· Bachelor’s or masters in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, IT, Economics, or related field
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Basic knowledge of databases
· Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills
· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
