Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Project Manager role based in Remote, OR. The Entry Level Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects under the guidance of senior project leaders. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing project tasks, tracking timelines and deliverables, preparing status reports, and maintaining project documentation. The role involves participating in meetings, capturing action items, communicating updates to stakeholders, and helping identify basic risks or issues. This position provides exposure to project management best practices and offers opportunities to learn standard tools and methodologies while contributing to successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Ability to coordinate tasks, manage simple schedules, and support project planning activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to help identify issues and support resolution.
