From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

What You'll Do

Production Leadership & Operational Support

  • Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring clear scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate resources and track project progress to ensure milestones are met.
  • Document and communicate project updates to plant leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying lean tools such as 5S, MDI, SOC, and layered audits.
  • Support the execution of Moonshot Initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Drive Rapid Changeover Process (RCP) improvements to reduce downtime, increase production flexibility, and standardize best practices.
  • Use quality, delivery, and cost metrics (SQDC) to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address issues and ensure sustainable improvements.

Coaching & Development

  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Training to align project goals with plant-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support process and system improvements.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with GMP requirements and company standards.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Develop project-related documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide project updates and technical insights to frontline leaders and supervisors.
  • Share best practices to build knowledge and improve processes across shifts.

Engagement & Culture Support

  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and recognition in the plant.
  • Model behaviors that support an inclusive and respectful work environment.
  • Actively participate in team building and improvement events.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing experience
  • Associate degree in a technical, manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Proven technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in a production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and coach others without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to interpret process data and trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and plant data systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives or technical projects.
