Position Summary
We have an opportunity for a Finance Project Coordinator Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate finance project activities and maintain transparency through accurate tracking and reporting. You will support decision-making with financial analysis and assist in developing business cases and cost-benefit assessments. This position also involves preparing updates for leadership and ensuring timely input from multiple stakeholders.

The Role
  • Coordinate finance project activities, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, and status trackers to ensure transparency
  • Conduct financial analysis to support project initiatives and decision-making
  • Assist in developing business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and return on investment assessments
  • Prepare project updates, dashboards, and summaries for finance leadership
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

The Candidate
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, or project coordination
  • Experience supporting or managing projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Preferred Skills & Background
  • Project management certification or training (e.g., Project Management Professional, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
