Position Location: Quantico, VA (Hybrid Remote)


Job Description and Responsibilities:


The Senior Project Analyst will ensure that our government customer achieves the desired project operations support, capabilities, and processes for the acquisition, sustainment, and fielding of systems and services at the speed of relevance. The Sr Project Analyst performing on this contract will possess the required skills, experience and credentials at the appropriate clearance level and be responsible for executing collaborative program analyst support for the integration and interoperability of relevant operational systems to enhance command and control, communications, and readiness for our customer.


Duties include but not limited to:


  • Provide operational project management support during acquisition and sustainment planning.
  • Maintain the ability to supervise and support acquisition document and briefing development in coordination with Government Product Management Team and Field Service Representatives on required systems
  • Provide a review of sustainment capabilities and industry Life-Cycle Project Support documents and processes including review of all vendor Statements of Work, testing documents, and program review material.
  • Provide review of system and product documentation for equipment sustainment and operations support for required capabilities. Directly support Government Product Management Team to operate and sustain mission critical acquisition and program processes.
  • Provide test event document and process reviews, including resource identification, planning, delivery, site setup, site daily operation, and retrograde operations.
  • Maintain close coordination with mission support team to review all program deliverables including schedules, acquisition documents, requirements, and contract related program sustainment efforts.
  • Supervise operational effectiveness and requirements for system integration of Marine Corps systems and solutions in support of mission critical program teams.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Systems Operations, or other related field of study commensurate with requirements.

  • Relevant experience and years of service may be considered in lieu of required education


Required Experience:



  • Minimum 8 years experience in supporting Marine Corps and/or support integration for government systems and services in support of ongoing operations

  • Minimum Secret Clearance
  • Past performance in supporting DoW related acquisition operations activities and/or integration support

  • Ability to work as a member of a team with the skills and personality to lead discussions that results in positive desired outcomes

  • Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, business management and customer service skills
  • Proven leadership in operations and systems management role for military systems and solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills


Preferred Experience:


  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Experience with managing DoW process documents, acquisition integration, and understanding of fielding logistics required for operations

  • Project Management or process improvement experience with Acquisition Commands
  • Understanding of acquisition management support and documentation for fielding software and systems
  • Experience working at military facility locations or field bases.


Travel: Up to 15% based on customer needs
