Senior Project Analyst - NGB Executive Secretariat
Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Top Secret required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Status: Contingent upon contract award
Position Summary
Summit Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support NGB Executive Secretariat staff action and workflow management. The Senior Project Analyst will provide senior-level tasker control, suspense discipline, coordination support, meeting management, and executive staff action oversight.
Responsibilities
  • Lead tasker intake, triage, routing, prioritization, tracking, and closeout.
  • Determine appropriate Offices of Primary Responsibility and coordination requirements.
  • Establish internal suspense dates and protect Government deadlines.
  • Support high-visibility, short-suspense, classified, and senior-leader taskers.
  • Monitor tasker aging and escalate late or high-risk actions.
  • Review task products for completeness, quality, coordination, and responsiveness.
  • Interface with senior military and civilian officials with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support governance meeting calendars, attendee accountability, and read-ahead tracking.
  • Provide guidance to Project Analysts, Action Officers, and Workflow Managers.
  • Support SOP updates, training materials, workflow improvements, and continuity documentation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Policy, Management, Communications, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Eight to ten years of relevant experience in project analysis, staff action support, military staff operations, executive support, or workflow management.
  • Experience analyzing complex issues and presenting them clearly and concisely.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience briefing senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of National Guard missions, functions, and DoD relationships.
  • Experience with ETS, ETMS2, CATMS, JSAP, TMT, or similar systems.
  • Prior NGB, Joint Staff, Army, Air Force, or OSD experience.

* Note: The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $80,000 to $140,000 annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
