Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of end-to-end healthcare project delivery experience.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare domain (Payer/Provider – Claims, Enrollment, Billing).
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Data Privacy), and payer/provider workflows.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for healthcare initiatives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.
  • Ensure delivery of projects within approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across development, testing, integration, and deployment phases.
  • Leverage strong knowledge of healthcare payer/processes such as member enrollment, benefits, claims, billing, care management, and provider workflows.
  • Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate healthcare requirements into actionable project plans.
