Position Summary

BrightPath Kids is seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to support the planning and development phases of capital improvement initiatives across our centers in North America. This role focuses on data analysis, project intake, vendor research, documentation management, and preโ€‘execution coordination.

The Project Analyst ensures that leadership has accurate, timely, and actionable information to make informed decisions before projects move into execution. This position does not manage or oversee construction or field execution activities.

The role is based at our Dallas, TX Head Office and reports directly to the Director of Facilities Services

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Project Intake Analysis โ€” Serve as the central point of contact for incoming capital project requests and ensure requests are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
  • Needs Validation Support โ€” Assist Facilities leadership in validating project needs with Operations teams (Area Directors and Center Directors) by gathering data, photos, quotes, and supporting documentation.
  • Vendor Research & Preโ€‘Bid Preparation โ€” Conduct vendor sourcing, compile references, collect pricing benchmarks, and prepare documentation packages for leadership review.
  • Preโ€‘Execution Coordination โ€” Coordinate earlyโ€‘stage communication between vendors, contractors, and center staff to ensure alignment before work is scheduled.
  • Scheduling & Pipeline Tracking โ€” Maintain planning calendars, project intake logs, and preโ€‘execution timelines to support resource forecasting and operational planning.
  • Financial & Data Analysis โ€” Prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs), maintain budget worksheets, and support Accounts Payable by verifying invoice accuracy.
  • Documentation & Reporting โ€” Keep project files, budgets, and reports organized and up to date; prepare summaries and dashboards for supervisor review.
  • Departmental Support โ€” Provide administrative and analytical support for emergency requests, and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination, project analysis, facilities, construction, property management, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize information, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with purchase order or project tracking systems a plus.
  • Basic understanding of facilities or capital improvement processes helpful but not required.
  • Professional, approachable, and adaptable in both written and verbal communication.
