Job Summary:
ThreePDS Inc. is seeking a Project Planning Analyst to support their project management initiatives. The role involves tracking project data, developing dashboards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข TXDOT Billing.
โ€ข New project request intake.
โ€ข Wrkload tracking and reporting.
โ€ข Track and Manage permits.
โ€ข Develop and maintain a City Management Plan dashboard.
โ€ข SOX active/proactive list owner. (Network, Metro East and Metro West)
โ€ข CIAC accrual report review and analysis.
โ€ข Sees opportunities to turn complex data into clear, impactful insights.
โ€ข Ability to present useful and clear data to various levels of management.
โ€ข Provide detailed data analysis to Serve Existing groups to support business decision making.
โ€ข Analyze and track project data to improve project management.
โ€ข Build reports and dashboards to support Network, Metro East and West. Serve Existing.
โ€ข Collaborate with groups such as Major Construction, Finance, District Operations, Storeroom personnel and other stakeholders.
โ€ข Successful track monthly capital plan and spent. Forecasting.
โ€ข Supports Serve Existing group process improvement initiatives.
โ€ข Perform other duties/special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข A self-starter capable of solving problems through collaboration and critical thinking.
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft excel, Pivot table, PowerPoint, etc.
โ€ข Ability to write queries utilizing various systems.
โ€ข Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
โ€ข Experience with data cleaning and data visualization.
โ€ข Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Demonstrated organization skills.
โ€ข Proven ability to learn new methods, techniques and software as needed to accomplish tasks.
โ€ข A team player.
Preferred:
โ€ข Knowledge of Maximo, FIM, ACIS and various project management tools is a plus.
