Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Track project milestones, tasks, risks, and issues.
  • Support in preparing weekly/monthly status reports (WBS, RAID logs, MIS).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for task follow-ups and status updates.
  • Help in organizing project meetings, preparing MOMs, and tracking action items.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and templates.
  • Support in resource tracking and utilization reporting.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with tools like Planisware, I3PM, MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Power BI.
  • Basic exposure to ITSM or project lifecycle environments.
  • Certification/training in PMP, SAFE, CAPM, or Agile.
