Liberty Resources is seeking a dedicated Residential (IRA) Program Supervisor to lead a residential program supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). About the Residential (IRA) Program Supervisor Role
The Residential (IRA) Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations, ensuring high-quality care, and supervising all direct support staff. This leadership role supports individuals with ID/DD in living safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives in an Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) setting.
Essential Job Functions
As a Residential (IRA) Program Supervisor, you will:
  • Supervise program operations and all direct support staff, ensuring high performance and consistent, high-quality care.
  • Ensure continuity of services and person-centered care; collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized service plans.
  • Provide staff instruction, coaching, and oversight on residential habilitation, policies, procedures, and program goals.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations; utilize SCIP-R and behavioral management techniques.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with the Assistant Supervisor, ensuring staffing coverage, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, incident notification, and staff debriefing.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle to transport individuals.

Required Skills & Abilities
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication; computer proficiency required.
  • Ability to be physically active throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift or assist individuals as needed (up to 20 lbs. frequently), including providing personal care or physical management support.
