Job description

Job Title: Alternate Program Manager
location : Remote / Nationwide Program Support
Job Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities :
  • Support the Program Manager in daily EFMP Respite Care program operations.
  • Serve as acting Program Manager when required.
  • Assist with staffing oversight, provider compliance, reporting, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with Regional Coordinators, respite care providers, families, and Government representatives.
  • Help monitor service delivery, provider performance, and case coordination.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified Level III and Level IV respite care providers.
  • Ensure documentation, personnel files, certifications, and background checks are complete before services begin.
  • Assist with resolving operational issues and maintaining continuity of care.

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare or social service field.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in healthcare or social services.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting military families or similar populations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support nationwide service operations.
