Job description

Role Overview:
The Accessibility Program Lead will build and lead a scalable, cross-functional accessibility program aligned with our healthcare mission.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and track success metrics (e.g. audit pass rates, issue remediation SLAs).
  • Embed accessibility into SDLC processes, from requirements to deployment.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and Compliance to prioritize accessibility work.
  • Coordinate accessibility audits (manual and automated) across web, mobile, and third-party platforms.
  • Recommend and operationalize remediation strategies in collaboration with dev and QA teams.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital accessibility, product development, or program management.
  • Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2, ADA, Section 508, and digital health accessibility challenges.
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives in a tech or healthcare setting.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working in regulated industries, especially healthcare or MedTech.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and its implications for UX/accessibility.
  • Accessibility certification (IAAP CPACC, WAS, or CPWA preferred).
