Job Title: Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote Possible
Interview Mode: Video (for non-local candidates)
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19107
Job Summary:-
We are seeking a Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of an enterprise-wide digital accessibility program. This role will ensure compliance with accessibility standards and embed inclusive practices across digital platforms, applications, and content.
Required Qualifications:-
  1. 5+ years of experience in digital accessibility
  2. Strong expertise in WCAG 2.1 (AA/AAA), Section 508, ADA compliance
  3. Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools (axe, JAWS, NVDA)
  4. Experience designing and implementing accessibility frameworks and governance models
  5. Experience integrating accessibility into development and QA workflows

Preferred Qualifications:-
  1. Experience working with government or large enterprise environments
  2. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  3. Mobile accessibility testing experience
  4. IAAP certification (CPACC, CPWA, WAS, etc.)
  5. Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility-focused UX research
