Job description

Seasonal (SEAS) Position

Job Summary:

The Leisure Program Supervisors at Barnstable Recreation will play a key role in planning, organizing, coordinating, and administering a 7-week Summer Day program for children aged 5-13. This program will run from June 29 to August 14, 2026, with staff hours scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM. You must attend Parent Orientation on June 13th, 2026 and Staff Orientation from June 20-26th, 2026.
Qualifications:


- Must be attending College or a College Graduate.
- Minimum of 4 years of summer program experience or relevant experience working with children.
- First Aid and CPR Certified.
- Valid Drivers License.

The successful candidate should possess considerable knowledge of summer program planning and administration. They must demonstrate the ability to develop, coordinate, and direct various activities within the program.
